Privacy Policy
GOLFEPS LIMITED ("GOLFEPS", "we") operates golfepsltd.com. This policy explains what we collect when you browse, create an account, or place an order, and how we use it.
Who is responsible
GOLFEPS LIMITED is the merchant of record and the controller of personal information collected through this shop. Privacy questions: contact@golfepsltd.com. Put "Privacy request" in the subject line.
What we collect
- Account data. Name, email, password held for this shop, and addresses you save.
- Order data. Items, quantities, shipping name and address, phone, order reference, and the last four digits of a card you enter at checkout.
- Support mail. What you write to contact@golfepsltd.com, including photos you send for a return or warranty claim.
- Technical data. Browser type, pages viewed, and cart contents kept in local storage on your device.
We do not sell personal information. We do not buy marketing lists. We do not require an account to browse.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- run the cart, checkout, and account pages
- authorize payment and fulfill orders
- send order and shipping notes to the email used at checkout
- answer fit, return, and warranty mail
- keep the shop secure and debug failed checkouts
- understand which products are opened, in aggregate
We do not use your order history to sell advertising on other sites.
Payments
Card details you type on the checkout page stay in the browser for that attempt and are sent to the payment processor for authorization. GOLFEPS LIMITED does not store full card numbers, CVV, or magnetic-stripe data. If a charge cannot be completed, no payment is taken.
Who we share with
We share information only as needed to run the shop:
- Payment processors, to authorize a card or wallet payment
- Carriers, the name and address required to deliver a carton
- Professional advisers or authorities, if the law requires it or to protect the shop against fraud
We do not share your email with a third-party list broker.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage keeps your cart, login session, and checkout draft working. You can clear it in your browser. Clearing it empties the bag and signs you out. We do not run advertising pixels on this shop.
Retention
Cart and login data stay on your device until you clear them. Order references and support mail we hold are kept as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle a return or warranty, and meet tax or accounting rules, then deleted or archived in a form that no longer identifies you where the law allows. Email contact@golfepsltd.com if you want us to delete support mail we hold, subject to those duties.
Your choices
You may:
- shop as a guest
- request a copy of information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- close an account from the account page
- opt out of restock notes by writing us (the footer form is the only list we keep)
We will answer a privacy request within 45 days, or sooner where a local law requires it.
California and other U.S. state rights
If you live in California or another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, you may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define a sale or share. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You will not be charged extra or given a worse price for exercising these rights. Authorized agents may write on your behalf; we may need to verify both you and the agent.
Children
This shop is for adults buying golf clothing and kit. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, write contact@golfepsltd.com and we will delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS on golfepsltd.com. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send full card numbers by email.
Changes
We will change the "Last updated" date at the top when this policy changes. Continued use of the shop after that date means you accept the revised policy. If a change is material, we will say so on this page.
